Our rates vary depending on the time of year, the type of room requested, the length of stay and the method of confirmation. In all cases, those who book directly through our website are guaranteed the lowest price.

Extras and restrictions

• Periods with a minimum stay of 2 nights: long weekends and mid season (with possible surcharges)
• Periods with a minimum stay of 3 nights: high and peak season
• Long weekends and holiday surcharges (direct and channel):
• 6 to 9 April, 23 to 30 April, 01 to 03 June: +15 euros per day (with MS 2 nights)
• August supplement, from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 August: +15 euros per day

Special Rates

• Special 3 (stays of at least 3 nights): daily discount of 5 euro
• Special 5/Weekly (stays of at least 5 nights): daily discount of 8 euro
• NON-REFUNDABLE: 
• daily discount of 12.00 euro in all seasons (with a minimum stay of 3 nights)
• Always required at least 30 days in advance of arrival date

Included Services

• Reception with full assistance and free luggage storage
• Wi-Fi Internet in all rooms (accommodation and public areas)
• Lift to the floor
• Initial and final cleaning, courtesy kit, daily tidying up with change of bathroom towels every two days (or on request, for a fee)
• Bed linen change every three days of stay (or on request, extra charge)

• Visiting experiences, tours and itineraries that can be customised to be requested on site and/or booked in advance: tour of the Egadi Islands by boat, visit to Erice and Segesta, tour of the salt route, salt pans and Windmills, the sea route from Trapani to San Vito lo Capo, etc.

General conditions

• Check-in: from 2 p.m. (early check-in on request) to 8 p.m.; late check-in after 8 p.m. on request (surcharge possible)
• Check-out: by 10 a.m. (late check-out on request)
• Children under 3 years of age (0-2 years): free overnight stay (sleeping in parents' bed)

Payment conditions and cancellation policy

• For the confirmation of bookings (made by phone or e-mail) at full rate, a deposit (30% of the total amount) must be paid upon confirmation of the booking, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card - IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WITH NOTIFICATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE FULL REFUND IS PROVIDED, otherwise the amount paid will be retained.
• Alternatively, it is possible to provide credit card details as a guarantee (with subsequent verification of the data provided and freezing of the amount of the first night's stay)
• HIGH AND PEAK SEASON: in CASE of cancellation, in order to receive a full refund of any deposit paid, NOTIFICATION MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. Otherwise the amount paid will be retained.
• Last-minute bookings (one, max. 2 days in advance) can be confirmed without the need for advance payment.
• On site it is possible to pay in cash and by credit card.
